SERENIALINK is a non-medical support platform:

  • It does not provide diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, or therapy.

All resources, questionnaires, and tools are intended to inform, guide, and help users prevent issues and improve well-being.

Article 3 – How the Platform Works

The platform uses automated questionnaires to detect areas where a user may benefit from additional support.

When relevant, users may receive suggestions to connect with a qualified professional.

This process is:

  • Fully automated

  • Private—individual responses are never reviewed by humans

  • Focused on prevention and guidance, not medical assessment

Article 4 – User Choice

Users are fully in control:

  • Complete questionnaires or skip them

  • Accept or decline any suggested support

Declining does not affect access to the platform or its core features.

Article 5 – Role of Partner Professionals

Partner professionals operate independently. SERENIALINK acts only as:

  • A platform to facilitate connections

  • A source of non-medical guidance and tools

We do not intervene in the professional-user relationship.

Article 6 – User Responsibility

Users acknowledge:

  • The platform relies on self-reported information

  • Suggestions and feedback are not medical advice

  • In urgent or emergency situations, users should seek professional help immediately

Article 7 – Points System

The platform may offer points or rewards systems to encourage healthy habits.

  • Participation is optional

  • It does not affect access to core services

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

SERENIALINK is not responsible for:

  • Decisions made by users

  • Interpretation of platform content
